Dr. Hošek, 62, received her Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1973. She was Director of Policy and Research in the Prime Minister’s Office for Prime Minister Jean Chrétien from 1993 to 2000. Mr. Lamoureux, 66, was Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan a public sector pension fund, until his retirement in 2007.
